The Épinchelles farm is located next to the Phalempin forest (green lung of the Lille agglomeration).
It is in this green setting that Monique, Bernard and their son François raise their dairy herd fed in the pastures. They transform the milk into yoghurts, cream desserts, butter, white cheeses and ice cream.
Having become a jam maker after training at the school of chefs in FOUESNANT (29), Karine makes jams and coulis as well as salted butter caramel. All its products are made in an artisanal way with for its jams (for example) at least 60% of fruit and at most 40 to 45% (exceptionally 50% for some jams) of sugars (sugar + natural sugar of the fruit) for 100 grams of finished product. Systematically before each production batch, she measures the sugar in the fruit before determining the amount of sugar she adds in her recipe.

Antonin, a beautiful meeting, recent and authentic. Advice on cooking, wines, pairings, I love it! He takes the time to perfect his establishment in order to better welcome his travelers ...
We can't wait for the end of confinement to go and taste his dishes accompanied by sublime wines from his cellar.
In an authentic and charming setting, our old farmhouse nestled in the heart of the Flemish countryside welcomes you: the Auberge. Its uniqueness combines tradition and creativity, under the leadership of its young Chef Antonin Maresciano, trained with great Chefs such as Guy Savoy *** or Didier Anies (MOF 2000).

The furniture of La Maison Bleue are "rebirths"... Lolita, our local artist imagines them according to the atmosphere of each room and makes them rise from their ashes, like the Phoenix... Most of the furniture on display is for sale.
Hello my friends,
here you will discover my passion for furniture renovation and decoration. Everything not for sale is already sold.
We have just received our first decoration elements with the TriCyclEco logo ... MAGNIFICENT! Our Paris-Roubaix room blushed ... Their works of art and decoration highlight each room and are within reach of your wallet. Our partnership with TriCyclEco is long-term.

Véronique, the Intendant of La Maison Bleue in Roubaix, is the Madame Harmonie of the establishment. Stewardship rests on her shoulders AND apron. When we first met Véronique, the structure she worked for did not have the same philosophy as La Maison Bleue... Véronique OUI. Today, Véronique works exclusively for La Maison Bleue.
The therapeutic bike repair workshop is one of the multiple features of the EPSM’s healthcare offer in the Lille area. Through this workshop, the aim is both to give people suffering from mental disorders a therapeutic activity and prospects for social rehabilitation, and to offer a service to cyclists!
At La Maison Bleue in Roubaix, we have received many cyclists from neighbouring countries, some travel hundreds of kilometres... and enjoy ROUBAIX and its magic…
For our Cyclist travellers, “troubleshooting our steeds” is very important and we must be assured that this will be possible on our trips, several hours away from our “home”.
The Maison Bleue in Roubaix offers you this service by providing support to a system that has been in place for several years and that deserves our attention, to all.
The rate corresponds to the price of supplies, slightly increased to cover operating costs…
Everyone can have their bike repaired at a good price!
“Alone, we go fast… In Team we go far… a beautiful sentence!”
Personally, I like to go far, fast… but I think we must all meditate on this vision, different and so necessary to our Biotope.
Everything you have always wanted to know about Roubaix, without ever daring to ask!
“Eco-responsible, innovative, dynamic and desirable” … what a great start for a report on the “Elle à Roubaix magazine”.

rom the industrial museum to the National Museum of Roubaix and 300 meters from La Maison Bleue.
The origin of La Piscine – Museum of Art and Industry dates back to 1835, when the Industrial Museum of Roubaix was created. It then presents, in large bound works, significant samples of contemporary textile production of the city. In 1861, thanks to a municipal agreement, the museum expanded its scope to include the Beaux-Arts, which then added to the rich textile collection. In 1862, the collections of the city’s museum were transferred to the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Arts et Industries Textiles (ENSAIT) for educational purposes to enrich the training of future textile industry engineers. The collections are therefore under the supervision of the State and the museum becomes the National Museum of Roubaix. From 1900, the collections developed considerably thanks to Victor Champier. A former director of the Revue des Arts Décoratifs, he worked to abolish the border between Beaux-arts et arts décoratifs and succeeded Verlais as head of the school. He then played a major role in the evolution of the museum: purchases of modern art were made (Lebourg, Martin, Désiré-Lucas), ceramics from Sèvres from the Universal Exhibitions are attributed to the museum thanks to its interpersonal skills and its reputation as an art critic favors donations (Galland in 1892, Roche, Lemaire).

beautiful old house, very nice owner and very nice breakfast.
We stayed here after watching the Paris-Roubaix cycle race, and it was a really great find at a price which couldn't be beaten. 10 minutes walk from the main squares in the town centre where there are cafes and restaurants and some impressive architecture. 5 minutes from the SNCF station (although we had a car so that wasn't important, but we were able to park on the street 50 metres from the front door). The owner gave us a lovely introduction to the property, our room, the surrounding area and attractions, and places to eat. Breakfast was simple but fresh and fullsome. If you want a room with digital climate control and 200 satellite TV channels then this isn't for you. If you want a genuine local experience in a place full of character and charm at a fantastic price, then you will not be disappointed.
